Sticky Fingers $17.98 “Sister Morphine,” the heart of guitarist Mick Taylor’s first full studio album with the Stones, doesn’t get the airplay of “Brown Sugar” or “Wild Horses.” But it’s one of the most vivid, horrifying songs about drug abuse ever recorded–as Mick Jagger sings “from my hospital bed,” the ringing guitars of Taylor and Keith Richards build to full catharsis behind him. On that and lighter songs like th… |

Order Of The Black: Deluxe Edition (CD & DVD) In the two decades since Ozzy Osbourne hired him away from his job at a New Jersey gas station to become his new guitarist, Zakk Wylde has established himself as a guitar icon known and revered the world over. Writing and recording with Osbourne led to multi-Platinum success, inspiring him to create the now legendary Black Label Society in 1998. In the decade plus since, BLS has turned the notion … |

Comanche Moon: The Second Chapter in the Lonesome Dove Saga $6.68 It’s billed as “the second chapter in the Lonesome Dove saga,” but Comanche Moon is actually a prequel to that much-loved 1989 miniseries. And while there’s no doubt that it has some very big boots to fill, this three-part (on two DVDs, including bonus features) production is rarely less than eminently watchable and entertaining. Continuity is a positive factor: Larry McMurtry, who wrote the novel… |

The National Geographic Magazine, later shortened to National Geographic, published its first issue (October 1888) nine months after the Society was founded as the Society’s official journal, a benefit for joining the tax exempt National Geographic Society. The magazine has had for many years a trademarked yellow border around the edge of its cover.
There are 12 monthly issues of National Geographic per year, plus at least four additional map supplements. On rare occasions, special issues of the magazine are also created. The magazine contains articles about geography, popular science, world history, culture, current events and photography of places and things all over the world and universe. The National Geographic magazine is currently published in 32 language editions in many countries around the world. Combined English and other language circulation is nearly nine million monthly with more than fifty million readers monthly.

What type of Computer would best suit Multimedia applications.?
I need to upgrade my Computer to a faster one with more memory. I plan to download video and audio files, my current PIII Computer is much too slow and I’m constantly having to make space on my 40GB hard drive.
I would like to buy a computer that can handle large file downloads and have the ability to produce HD DVD’s. I have been spending money upgrading my Computer but it’s like flogging a dead Horse.
I don’t want to buy one that will be outdated in 6 months, I know this is a tall order but I would rather pay more now than having to modify it on a regular basis.
Your advice is greatly appreciated.
You should purchase a computer that has a HDCP compliant video card, an HDCP compliant monitor. Also, for future upgrade ability purchase a computer that has the new intel i7 based processor. I really recomend that you start using blueray and not the old HD DVD format because it is “dead”

You can’t wait to show him off to your friends who’ll see how wonderful he is to ride. Boy, are they going to be amazed! No, they’re not: because you’re not going to ride him tomorrow. Or the next day, or the rest of the week. The tricky thing to understand about horse riding, for beginners, is that a horse needs time to adjust to his new home....
